Cleaning is always superb. This past time I was very unhappy with the attitude of the person checking me out. Most employees are 5 star, this one was a 0 star!
I have been a very happy customer of MWCleaners at Buffalo Speedway. The people there are excellent, nice people to deal with. My one complaint is with the amount of packaging material that is used on my shirts. Some of the shirts come with a large amount of stuffing paper, plastic hanger covers plus plastic bags. It seems to be completely random as to which shirts are returned with all this unnecessary trash. It's also a real hassle to deconstruct all the material before I can hang up my shirts. I have used MW cleaners (pick up from One Park Place) for over 3 years. I have normally been very pleased with the service. Recently I reported one shirt not being returned - and the disappointing thing is that I have never received a response when I reported that.
I live in the Galleria area, and just started using the delivery services with MW Cleaners, and Chris is our delivery person. So far, I have the used the home delivery twice, and it's great! Chris is responsive, prompt, and I don't have to worry about rushing out of work in order to get my clothes before closing time. The clothes are neatly folder in a bag and hung outside my front door. Good service, but too expensive. I was charged $20 each to clean 4 dresses.
Used to be great. Lately items have come back with wrinkles pressed in and we got back two suits with broken and missing buttons that were not like that when they went in..
Nice employees and timely but has become way too expensive. Also- my husbands shirt buttons have been chipped multiple times and curtain hooks lost. We have switched over to another cleaners.
I used Ashley in the past and was very happy. Last week, I called the number and a man answered. He seemed annoyed that I called that day (the scheduled day in my neighborhood). He said he was done, but would come get my bag. He did, and I got it back in good shape on the scheduled day. Either say I missed my chance, or come get it; don't fuss about it.
Can't believe how the service has changed from one location to another. I went from 100% success rate living in Greenway Plaza to about 5% success rate living in Montrose. I have since moved on to better, cheaper services.
