I used the Buffalo Speedway location for a few years and now the Shepherd. It impresses me that the staff quickly remembers my name. Although I am not weekly customer
My valet is fantastic and very reliable. I had a gown cleaned and it looked fantastic. However, the last wool sweater tunic that was returned to me had balls all over it. It was sent off as a clean looking sweater and returned looking extremely fuzzy. I was disappointed with the sweater cleaning.
We had an urgent need to get a military uniform dry cleaned asap & pressed a certain way - certain pleats & creases have to be done according to military standards. MW picked up the uniform even though we were not on the route that day & promised to deliver it in 2 days - on another day we are not on the route. They also said they know how to do military uniforms & could handle the correct creases & pleats!
Next time I will quote you guys.

I'm still waiting for well over a month to hear what you are going to do about the shirt you destroyed. It was an expensive custom made men's shirt made of Egyptian cotton. You charge premium prices. I would like my premium shirt replaced.
I have already written 3 times from with my complaint which began around 2 weeks ago. I left the feedback at: https://www.mwcleaners.com/contact.html However, no one ever had the courtesy of even responding, so i am using a new Dry Cleaner. When i had my only other complaint, management was very responsive, so i was totally surprised by this ignoring of all communication.
