Over the time I have used your cleaners I have had several very nice pieces of clothing and you did not take financial responsibility. And you are extremely expensive.
I encountered a horribly rude staff and a situation I rather soon forget. Needless to say, it will be the first and last time I use Tide dry cleaners.
1. The drop off took at least 10 minutes. This was my first trip and I know many of the store personnel or new, but the young man I dealt with was not ready to be working for your company. He knew very little about the systems and it was a painful process. 2. We pick up took more than 15 minutes. Very friendly staff. My clothes were ready a day before they were promised
I was told on the phone that I was going to receive a welcome kit. When I picked up my order, I was told that there were no more.
Prices are 50% higher than your competition. I'll not return.
After many years of trusting MWCleaners we decided to give you a try. We were appalled to find that my husband’s brand new Zegna dress shirt came back to us with a big area on the back which looked almost melted or eaten. It was completely ruined. I was a customer for many years. Generally the service was good though expensive. However they lost my favorite tablecloth. They put me off for 6 weeks and would not admit their mistake until I told them they must return my tablecloth cleaned or not cleaned. They paid me for the tablecloth but it is no longer available to buy so I can’t replace it. I had 12 matching napkins and now I have no tablecloth to go with them. I am so disappointed! I will not be going back.
Travis is the delivery driver and is a true professional. I had a load of dry cleaning that returned on Monday. When he arrived on the property he came into the office area, noticed I was on the phone and placed them somewhere else (other than my office) then left a message with the Concierge where I could retrieve my dry cleaning. Travis noticed I was busy and found a solution. Nice Job Travis
