The young man who helped me when I came inside to pick up my shirts last night was very helpful. So was the man who helped when I dropped them off. He explained how you use environmentally friendly detergent. So why, please tell me, do you use such an extraordinary amount of plastic and paper in packing up the shirts? MW Cleaners recently sold out to a Tide Dry Cleaners (a Proctor & Gamble franchise operation). Excellent quality service on dry cleaning and shirt laundering has deteriorated markedly. Clearly, the process or people (or both) has changed significantly, since the quality of results are nothing like MW customers were accustomed to. Was shocked at the prices! It was at least triple the cost of other places. So we will need to take our business elsewhere. It’s a shame because the staff was super friendly and clothes looked good.
No prices posted. Asked for price list and was told there was not one.
Not one of the dirt spots on my jacket came off. I was also told the jacket would cost $17 and paid $23 at checkout
Paid for dry cleaning, received a shrunken Office Lab jacket back.
I asked for my lab coat to have light starch & it wasn't done correctly. That has happened several times
I was severely overcharged for the service. They had listed my coat with completely wrong descriptions and put the wrong fabric and charged me $33 to dry clean a $20 coat. Then to get my refund, I had to wait until the manager came the next day and then she decided to give me my $8 as store credit without asking me and I wanted them back on my card. This made it so that I had to wait for another manager to be able to give me my refund. It was a really bad experience and more than likely will not return to this business.
I had 3 blazers dry cleaned, when I got home they still smelled bad. The rest of the pieces were fine. And you’re over priced. The excuse is that you use a “green” system but the amount of plastic and paper that you use for wrapping the clothes is just too much.
