Two items: I called and specifically requested that my clothing delivery be held. It was not; my clothes regularly show up delivered with the collars bent up or to the sides.

Asked for a shirt to be laundered (which normally costs around $2 at Tide). Returned to a $13 charge for dry cleaning the shirt which I did not request. Essentially Tide my order without asking and then did not refund my $13 back.
I only had a pair of pants done but when l pull the plastic up the side facing the front was well press yet the other side behind was wringle . Also parts of the pants still had stains. This is not my first time having my dry cleaning done with you and it's not what I expect from Tide Cleaners . This work was diffently not worth the $10 premium price.
First - The people at the store are Incredibly friendly and helpful. The big issue is that I have had 3 shirts damaged in the sleeves at the elbow. This happens during the pressing process. I cannot believe that the person doing the work did not know that this did not happen. When I brought them back, the store tried to repair the shirts at no charge to me. I’m confused by the change in management at my apartment complex. I used to get an email saying you’d received my items and then when they’d been delivered back, but I can’t track where my dry cleaning is now.
Did not pick up my clothing. Seems like getting started with home pick up and delivery is more effort than it is worth considering the higher cost of services.
Keenan is a 10+ Love the MW on Buffalospeedway; do not like Tide name; like MW name. Do not like Tide; use Gain detergent because of skin.
Nice staff, but my information was completely botched by person writing it down at my first visit. Would recommend adding people in system and confirming with them. This kept me from getting a text confirmation.
I received the wrong dress back, called after hours and asked for a return call in the morning. Never got the call, I called - your Mgr reply was “sorry bout that” thankfully they found my dress. No offer to get it to me said I could come get it but make sure and bring the other dress back. I made a special trip in terrible traffic - no offer of compensation.
