Lost clothing article.I notified my tide representatives in November 2018 and just recently received a credit for the amount of the shirt plus $100 for the inconvenience. At some point a gentleman in administration told me they located the shirt and it was on its way too me, but sadly never showed up. It’ now been a month and no one from Tide has contacted me in regards to my missing jacket. Very disappointed!
Turned a shirt in asked for a button to be replaced. Noted on receipt to replace and wasn’t. Turned clothes in time for last and was never notified of the drop off until I messaged... overall quality of the cleaning is good though.
My black J Ferrar Jacket size.38 or 40 short needed two buttons replaced on the front left cuff sleeve. Dropoff was Thursday 2/28 and the rest of my order was delivered on Monday 3/4 when my card was charged. It’s still missing. The last update I got was last Thursday: Our plant manager hasn't gotten back to me yet so I'm assuming they haven't tracked it down just yet. I'm really sorry about the inconvenience, I will definitely keep you posted. I want this resolved as soon as possible.
I’m missing all of the stuff I sent in the blue bag.
My order was late. I was told to call the driver and she never responded. My garments weren’t clean. Service was terrible. What’s the next step?

The pick and delivery was wonderful and convient but the actually wash and fold service was poorly done. Clothes were not washed according to my preferences and returned serverly wrinkled. While I have had good experience with the dry cleaning on past orders I don’t feel confident in using the wash and fold service in the future.
Despite Derrill’s amazing work and attitude, our experience with the actual cleaning/laundry service has been terrible. We are missing pieces; we have sent pieces back repeatedly because they are not cleaned properly and they keep coming back with stains. I spoke with Adam last night and hope he will be able to rectify the situation - he seems like a very nice man who is very focused on client service.
