Not dependable. Sent pillow covers for dry cleaning. I have sent the same covers for cleaning before without any problems. Covers returned unprotected and loose folded over a hanger uncleaned without explanation as to why.
You lost my favorite shirt and you did compensate me for it;. However, it cannot be replace as I was told they don’t make it in that color anymore.
Asked t leave hanger box once a month. Never did Have instructions NOT to ever use starch. Sometime shirts have starch Asked not to wire hangers together with clothes. They still do
My Wonderful TIDE deliveryman is presently working on rectifying the damage done to this piece of beautiful clothing. I sent a fairly expensive ($119) white cotton eyelet blouse to be cleaned.(maybe I should not have had it professiobally cleaned but I am older and do not hand wash or iron.) In any case, I'd worn it ONE TIME!! When I got it back, it was limp as a dish rag. and looked 10 years old. BUT, most importantly, the eyelet trim was TORN! Overall disappointed. I expected more given the new ownership - however, the same low to mediocre service combined with high prices seems to be the norm. The suit jacket & pants were returned with missing and severely loose buttons. The suit jacket was pressed poorly - leaving weird crease lines on the lapels. I was originally excited to learn about the 7-point inspection - unfortunately this did not improve quality control. I feel like my blue jeans pants was washed and faded the pressing was not proper and my shirts was folded which left a crease in them
Customer service was good. Pricing was unrealistic. Nearly $15 for one blouse unrealistic.
Failed to treat obvious stain on white shirt. About as incompetent as you can get for a company that launders garments.
I am extremely disappointed with Tide Cleaners. Last time I used your services, the locker containing my clothes was left unlocked. I contacted your customer services department and never heard back. It took a while for me to consider using Tide again. This time, I was unable to get into the locker with the PIN provided. Once I was home, I realized the PIN given to me by the courier was different than the one I received via email. I had to return to the locker, and was able to get my clothes with the second PIN.
