The cost of service it to high $3 a shirt and $10 for pants. I asked for heavy starch and in my opinion did not get it. I am not satisfied with the ironing of sleeves of all three shirts.

The customer service was wonderful and clothes were dry cleaned well. However, I was not able to find out what my total bill would be when I dropped off the clothes. I was only told what the "starting at" price would be for each item. And no explanation as to what increases the price for each item. At pick up the receipt was not itemized so I still could not see what I paid for cleaning each item. Final bill was too high with no explanation. Staff was very professional, nice and knowledgeable but pricing is just too expensive. Took three pairs is slacks (polyester, nothing special). With 25% discount coupon, cost $9 per pair to clean (or $12 full price). Nearby cleaners is $6 for a pair of plain slacks) Will come back perhaps for special garments but not for everyday cleaning.

Even with your discount coupons, your prices are way too high. If I want to pay high prices, I go to a high end cleaners like Coronet where the clothes do not smell like bad, cheap room deodorizer. Since your acquisition of MW Cleaners, You have added perfumes to your cleaning chemicals that smell AWFUL. The smell of my freshly dry-cleaned clothes was overpowering. That is all anyone could smell when I walked into the room! You seem to think that everyone likes the smell of Tide products. That is just not the case. ... read more

Be careful. They will hold your garments hostage, without telling or notifying you, when your on file credit card expires. After a while you notice your clothes are not being returned, call them and they casually say they are holding them till you contact them with a new or updated card. I guess they would hold them in perpetuity if I had not contacted them.

Service was fine and cleaning done properly, however I fell a bit foolish for not asking what you charge before agreeing to leave clothes with the shop. You charges are simply out of line with the rest of the market and I feel it is disingenuous of the company not to post a sign with normal charges so customers can make an informed decision.

The pants were dry cleaned and pressed but they didn’t iron out the pockets and there’s a hole in one of the pants I don’t remember from before. I have pictures of the pants being pressed over the wrinkled pockets and the hole in the pants. For this price point I’d expect way better quality.
