Since you are in a transition-I have found your earlier work with my cotton dress not to be the quality MW Cleaners preformed but chose to stay with you because of Darrell. I am hesitant to send my clothes as of today. My other disappointment was when I sent to you a St. John Blouse for cleaning and the tie was lost and a cuff link came back missing. The last two times I’ve used the service they did not notify me that my clothing was done. Also they advertise returning the clothes in 2 business days if turned into the drop box before 9. Dropped off my clothing at 6 AM, the time I head to work, and I get my clothing 3 days later. The service seems to promise a lot and never lives up to it. The ease of the service does not matter if you can’t do the basic things of getting your clothes in the time period promised.

Cleaning was fine. Upon check-out, one of the card readers didn't work and took a while to switch to one that did.

It was terrible. The website is deceiving: my clothes where not ready the same day, and I never got the 50% discount on my first time. Besides, it is so expensive. Never using it again.
It took four days from the original scheduled pick up date for my clothes to get picked up. I received a call confirming my pick up for a Thursday and my clothes did not get picked up until Wednesday. I was promised my clothes would be returned on that Friday and I have not received them. It is Saturday and I am still waiting to hear where my clothes are as no one can get ahold of the driver. That is $700 of clothes that no one can tell me where they are. Will not use again.

I was told by a very nice lady that the drier would pick up my laundry and that did not happen. I waited all day and no driver came. I called the company and I was told that the direr should pick up. No driver came. I drove to the location and dropped off my laundry to a very nice lady and she told me they would be delivered that afternoon and I paid for same day service. Clothes were clean! But advertising was misleading. The staff was super helpful in resolving issues and offered a good discount to make up for it. Clothes were hung on my front door with thin plastic covers. Fortunately it didn’t rain. Would have been a disaster if it had.

The scent of the original Tide is way too strong. I use Tide Free at home. When I picked up my four items, I was shocked by how they smelled. Next time, I'm going to see if they can use Tide Free cleaning products. The clothes looked great but nothing you pick up from any cleaners should smell so strong.

Service was good but prices were very high. I was using a half price 1st time coupon and my bill was over $108 for 17 pieces. Are the prices posted ?
