Never received a text message or any information that my clothes were ready. Never received a receipt and had to call to ask how much it is. Turns out it was $30 to dry clean a coat, which is insane. Will not be using again. Not worth it.
Your prices are very high. The slacks were not pressed very good.

My collared are consistently not spot treated, even after I mentioned it. I also returned one Child’s white shirt that has an ink spot on the from pocket after you cleaned it. I have not heard back from you or received the shirt back in it has been two weeks.

My purpose for using the cleaners was it’s location and drive through convenience. The first time I went to drop off my clothes. I went to the drive through and sat in my car for two minutes. The cleaners reps looked at me, but didn’t come out. It was very cold that day. I walked in and was told “ Oh, I was going to come out to you”. I had 3 pieces cleaned for $38. That’s too expensive. My ivory jacket looked as if it had not been cleaned.

The Most expense and bad experience my jacket still un clean I thought because it’s expensive they are more professional but obviously they are not.. disappointed

Did a fine job, but our services are way too expensive. I will not be returning. 4 shirts 2 suits was $108+. Had I known that I would have gone somewhere else in the first place. I don’t need to be up charged for valet service I will never use

New sport coat (worn 3 times) had coffee stain of the back. Informed the intake person and it was noted on ticket. Upon pick up, it looked like the stain was never touched. Resent to be cleaned. The sport coat was returned with a tag/note that indicated a second attempt was not made to remove stain because the the fabric contained silk and the stain likely set.
