I came by the other day with two comforters. I was told it would take 2 weeks for them to be returned cleaned. All I wanted was a "laundry" experience and was happy to give you the business. But we needed them to sleep with every night! You lost big time as that is unacceptable to me. I took it elsewhere and had them both back by 3 pm with a 10 am drop off.
Picking up and dropping clothes off was great. I put a coupon in with my dry cleaning which was not honored. Pay for 1 piece get 1 free. Cost was outrageous. I did not get my laundry bag back. I will not be using Tide Cleaners ever again.

The quilt we were charged 50 dollars was washed and requested dry clean. It shrunk and we probably will just try and by a replacement. We are still waiting on mattress cover which probably did get dry cleaned.

Wash and fold service was horrible. My medical uniforms felt dirty. I had to wash them at home. Also I asked for dry cleaning and they weren’t. Total disappointment. Will not return.

In 12 months they have lost three of my Brooks Brothers shirts and a pain to get any quick help Robert Neal
I dropped off 4 pieces of garments two heavy coats, blazer and one sequins blouse on a Friday. They told me my coats and blazer would be done that day and the blouse will need to go to another center to get processed so it will be ready by Saturday. I went Monday to pick up my blouse only for them to tell me it has not arrived yet, I was annoyed at this point being that it was suppose to be ready on Saturday. 40.00 for dry cleaning 4 pants, ridiculous. I can get 15 shirts, 4 pants and a jacket done for the same price elsewhere.
