Very nice felt special.
The lady who checked me in was less the helpful almost RUDE.. When I PU the order I was shocked at the total price. When I got home I noticed I was shorted me a pr of paints and they gave me a ladies sweater that is not mine. The following day I returned to advise them that I was shorted. They said they would look into and call me back that afternoon. Well is been 3 days and I have not herd a word. At this point I quesation if I will continue to use you as a cleaners.

The clothes were left on a wrong locker
I received somebody else’s clothes. The clothes was not folded as expected. I will never use this company again. I’m worried that somebody else has my clothes since I can’t remember exactly every article that was sent out to them.
I am extremely upset with Tide Cleaners and their service. I scheduled a pick up for June 8, 2020 and did not receive my items back until June 30, 2020. And when I revived my items they did not smell clean and had a bunch of debris on it. And what was worst of all of this was that when I would call to see the update On my order, multiple people including the manager did not know where my items were. DO NOT use this location or even Tide Cleaners in general. I promise you will regret it!!!
