Stains were not removed from the clothes
$100 to dry clean 4 items is completely ludicrous! I've never paid that much and will never use Tide dry cleaning again.
Everything came back clean, BUT Tide cleaners decided to dry clean 5 blouses that could have been laundered and pressed, wasting a lot of my money. They never asked me if I wanted them laundered or dry cleaned. Also, they unnecessarily put big wads of paper in the sleeves. Wasteful.

Completely billed in incorrectly with respect to comforter coupon and 30% Cremona initial sign up. Required multiple calls to resolve.
Paid $37 to have one coat dry cleaned.... and there was a spot left right on the front of it.
This is my first time coming to Tide cleaners I will be picking up my clothes on Friday and I had an excellent experience with the representative that came to my car. Thank you so much for this opportunity my water pipes are not fixed as of yet don’t know win I really do appreciate it💕
