Asked tide on post oak to call my son to charge his credit card instead of mine. They did not..now my son is calling them to try to correct the problem. I am not able to continue using them otherwise.
I was not impressed. Collars were not cleaned. I did not find shirts starched.
Clothes were not delivered on the scheduled day with no explanation.
I don't understand the unscented and no sense signs all over my bag when it's returned
Very unreliable for how expensive your cleaning is. However, you do a good job with the clothes.
Slacks alterations were done exactly opposite of what was requested.Was at BS location
