Exceptional service at counter and drive up as well as phone call in between. Quality of linen dry cleaning and shirts laundered was excellent.
Service is excellent but prices are exorbitant!! Will not use again unless you can get your prices in line with other cleaners
Items weren’t dry cleaned !!! They were returned unclean placed on a hanger with the pockets hanging out

I answered this a few weeks ago so I will try again. I have been a customer for many years and spend around $3000 a year. I had a small issue with the manager over a shirt that had a stain still after cleaning. I told her I would take it to a different cleaner and she said they would not refund the charge unless Tide tried twice. I got upset and said you were to lose all my business because your policy and not refunding me was ridiculous. What would happen if you lost a shirt and that's why I quit.
I was very upset that I had an article that still had a stain on it after dry cleaning and she told me she would not credit the charge because your policy is to do it twice that greatly upset me and I spend over $3000 a year for years- I wanted to take it to another cleaner and she argued with me - that is a horrible policy and was wrong.
Your representative, Erik Pesek, is kind, thoughtful, And professional, in every respect. Ask for a better connection with your company.. Erik is just superior.

Several snafos recently. Received sheets on hangers, I have order to fold sheets. Don’t like sheets folded without cardboard base. Details in delivery lacking. Joyce Goodman
