I started packing for a trip and discovered my new and pricey dress that I had worn once for a luncheon had a small stain of salad dressing on the front. I was leaving on my trip in two days. I brought the dress to MW. They analyzed it and was not sure it would come out, but offered to call me when they had cleaned it to let me know if the stain came out. They called me in time for me to pick up the dress and pack it for my trip. I am impressed with their service and will return.

Your staff are professional and efficient. Unfortunately we had to ask for a do-over as there is an ink-spot in my suit jacket which may have been missed the first time. I really hope it comes out.
