Took my sons preschool graduation robe to be pressed only (Redondo location on Artesia) and was told it would be ready next day after 5. Went next day and they couldn't find it. When they did it was hanging in alterations untouched. Was told it wasn't done and placed in wrong place in error. Was told the presser had left for day and it would be done next morning. The quality of work is very good. It's just been a long time since I have taken anything to any dry cleaner so I was shocked by the prices. I expected the zipper in the bag to be costly but the rest was a bit of a surprise.

Great Service and prices too
My clothes were done on time and correctly. However, this was my first time at your Redondo location and I did not find it on par with your Burbank:/Toluca Lake location, which I have been a customer of since 1995. When I dropped my clothes off on Tuesday morning, there was only one person helping the customers and she was really busy getting a large order for someone waiting in the drive up.
