Friendly, courteous staff. Cool-weather jacket was ready for pick-up at the time promised. At drop-off, I pointed out a grimy area on the collar and asked that it be cleaned thoroughly. At pick-up, the grimy area appeared untouched, making me wonder if any part of the jacket had been cleaned. I pointed out the grimy area again and staff cleaned the collar in less than 5 minutes. Shouldn't have to ask twice.

Great quality cleaners. Pretty expensive, but I got a good coupon for my first time.
This was my first time coming to flair in Redondo, though many years ago I use the flair in Santa Monica. I came in with sort of an emergency situation my husband needed suit pants tailored in one day turn around for a wedding he was in that weekend. Much to my surprise they worked super fast and did an amazing job right there and got it done. I am super please with the quality, helpful service and overall care! You have won all my future business.
First time coming to Flair's. Friendly service and quick turnaround times. I had a dress that had a wine stain in it and they were successfully able to remove it. Will definitely return here again!
My first time, was not a good experience. Reason, had to get one slack sowing on left pant leg and dry clean. Came in Thursday morning, they stated will be ready Friday afternoon after 5:00 and was not ready. Was not sowned or dry clean. Like it was ignored. I had to come back Saturday morning. To pick up. Brought in a pair of pants to alterations to sew up ripped inseam. It came out great.
Switched from a much more expensive service in Hermosa and never looked back. The opening hours are awesome! And the quality of service is extent. I the people are all so nice.
