Dropped off a leather jacket, they advised it would have to be sent out to be treated and there was no guarantee the cleaning would work and if it didn't, I would still have to pay minimum $60. Agreed that was fine as I know leather is tricky. Left a $20 deposit, went back three weeks later, the jacket looks perfect. Thanks very much.
My first experience is great. The store is clean and bright, the employee were fast and friendly.
Took two pair of jeans and a pair of baseball pants in to be shortened. Came out better than expected and replicated the original hem on all three.
It took awhile for my rug to be cleaned because you had to send it out. But you or they did an excellent job in cleaning a very dirty rug.
I'm sure acrylic paint isn't easy to remove from clothing, but I was surprised when most of it still remained and no note or mention of it was made. Disappointed.
Fast and decent same-day service - though quoted $9.95 in the morning (25% coupon to be applied when paying later) and charged $10.95 (before discount) at the time of pick up. When I pointed this out the 'broken English' routine kicked in and I was pointed to a very small rate-sign on a side counter that quotes prices and also contains the "and up" phrase. My Calvin Klein blouse was ruined when the black trim bled onto the white blouse. I was given $5 in a refund. The blouse cost $60
