Jeans ended up being perfect length and still kept the shape I wanted! The shorts were also the perfect fit
Had to come back twice to pick up as email notification that said items were ready was incorrect. $21 to shorten a pair of jeans is excessive.
One linen short sleeved shirt to be cleaned was going to cost me $10 and change, I complained about the cost and then the lady said, "I'll give you 25% off". The cost now is $8. 02, I find this still very expensive. Please explain why the cost is so high for a linen short sleeved shirt.
Very shocked. I don’t think the suit was even clean and thrown into a clean bag. There were food marks on the front and glitter and dust all over the top !!!
This is the first time I used Flair Cleaners. Unhappy. Poor job. Brought in (1) silk blouse, (1) silk scarf and (1) silk jacket. Pointed out ALL areas of concern and assistant put yellow tape to indicate. She agreed they needed attention. This what I picked up: Blouse still had grease spot on cuff, ball point mark on sleeve. Jacket still had yellow neck ring on inside collar band. Scarf was not even well pressed. All the items looked the same as when I dropped them off. My bill was $28. For what?
