You can learn a lot about a company by how they handle problems. I've always been happy with Flair but we recently took in a brand new shirt that we'd just taken out of the package and asked them to launder it. When we got it back, there was a stain on it that wasn't there before. How it got there is still a mystery but my husband had never worn the shirt so we knew it happened in Flair's possession. Zero Stars. They ruined a vintage 1960’s gown after I specifically asked if the treatment could possibly ruin it. They offered to pay for it but wanted to keep it. It is a priceless dress that I bought to wear for a wedding and now I am left with a ruined dress and nothing to compensate for my loss. They are so inexperienced, it’s mind blowing that this could happen the day before I am supposed to fly out for a wedding and I have nothing to wear. Do not take your clothes to this place!!
I received and email yesterday that Edward would be in my neighborhood today and I put my blue bag on the door hook thinking that Edward would pick up my cleaning items today. He didn't show up so I dropped them off at your facility. They told me that I needed to reply to the email with a YES; however, there is no mention of that in the email. There is no communication between employees. Got different stories from different people about my order being dropped off

I have been coming to Flair cleaners for years. Sometimes more often than present times. I could not believe how expensive it was to have two lab coats pressed/ironed. I was truly disappointed. Cathy Richey

I was charged $20 for a zipper replacement and another $20 for to sew a small hem on some pants. Absolutely ridiculous! I will never be a customer again and will make sure residents of the community know what kind of outrageous prices they will encounter if they use Flair Cleaners. I’m beyond disappointed.
