Personable staff and efficient service is what you'll encounter at Flair. I dropped off a couple coats to dry clean and a couple of garments that needed new zippers and I have to say I experienced a bit of sticker shock. The coats were $10 ea to clean which was fine but the zipper repair was $21.95 ea! I wish I had asked ahead of time how much the cost would be - it ended up costing more to replace the zipper than the actual garment cost. My fault really, I had no idea it was so expensive in general to have a zipper repaired... read more

I am using Flair because they offer pick up and delivery from my office. The convenience is very valuable. I still have to compare the pricing to my neighborhood cleaners with coupons etc. The clothes do not have that chemical smell which is great!
alterations staff did outstanding job altering 4 pairs of pants
Great experience. I like the quality of work this place does. But, I had to take two stars away because when I got back my long sleeve work shirt my right sleeve was missing all the buttons from the right cuff. I don't know where they went. My shirt had all the buttons when I dropped it off so I am assuming they fell off while being cleaned.
