Reduce the price of pants dry cleaning.rather than cleaning for 3 times I can purchase a new pants.
Hello, I was a 1st time customer at Flair recently. I received very pleasant and prompt service and I was able to pick up my order on a Sunday, which was very convenient. There were 2 little issues, however. 1. When I dropped off my 2 scarves to be cleaned, I had just purchased them from the store and the price tags were still on them, the kind with the plastic line that you have to cut to remove. I am sending back the three items that were not ironed satisfactorily Allso I find out that the bedsheets and the other bedding are not sent out anymore for ironing and folding. However I will send new garments for ironing and cleaning once more time and I hope this time they will be handled with the attention that is required.
Everything was way over priced. I was not given any pricing until I picked up my alterations. Items were "dry cleaned" and were bran new with tags. 5 items at 125.00 no thanks. Won't be coming back.
Employees were professional, but the military press on my uniform was very poor. I will have to get it redone. The front creases are not centered on my pockets or where my badge goes. The sleeve creases are different as well: one crease goes behind the epaulet, the other crease goes somewhat to the middle of the epaulet.
No prices on the website. I dropped of a comforter and didn't ask the price as I was in a rush. When I picked it up, it was like $44! That was like double what I expected! Won't be getting them cleaned here any more.
Great service, particularly because I get to drop off and pick up from the office.
