Cannot believe washing and pressing cotton/rayon shirts costs $4.25 each!!! With my discount coupon. I won’t be bringing laundry/pressing to Flair again.

After going to 2 well known Cleaners in the South Bay area I found Flair Cleaners. Thank you Flair! First I went to Door to Door, The guy was nice but had no knowledge about the service I was asking for. I simply wanted a duvet cover pressed with steam and he quoted $52.00. Then I went to Debonair. Second time there and I will never go back. I explained to the attendant that the Duvet had just been "Wet Cleaned" and I asked if they had a plant there to press the linen, she said they did but would need to send it out. She wa... read more
I will be bringing back the Jean's I had hemmed. I specifically asked that the Jean's dont look like a pant hem and they do. Would like the sewing redone.
The woman I dropped off my dry cleaning with was very unpleasant.
Very expensive
My 25% coupon was not applied and then was told it was too late after the fact. Bad customer experience

Hello, I’ve been using Flairs for my dry cleaning multiple times with only a great experience. My most recent visit was just to do regular laundry that had been accumulating for my wife and I as we have been traveling/working and had no time to do it at our apartment. I dropped off my laundry on Saturday, what was roughly a full large garbage bag and told it would be ready for pickup on Monday by 5pm. First off, the clothes smelled like cigarette smoke (we are non smokers), secondly the pants returned to us were tiny kid sized pants. Sadly the pants and suit jacket we brought in were for a formal event, so we were left without the correct clothing for the event. I should not have to check that the right items are returned to us upon pickup, which now I wish I had done.

All of the technology is great and the clothes were cleaned and pressed. No where on my receipt or on the website does it show your pricing (the receipt was a total only). I was surprised to pay $23+ for one laundered shirt and one 2 piece suit.
