Flair has the nicest employees and the dry cleaning is always professional.
Everyone was very friendly and the service was good. My only complaint is I was told my order would be ready Wednesday after 5pm. I came in about 7:40pm and after waiting for them to locate it, was advised it was not ready and to come back Thursday after 5pm. I appreciate that they wanted to clean it more and remove spots, however a phone call or email to notify me would have been greatly appreciated; thereby saving me from an unnecessary trip.
I am a first time customer. I was told order would be ready Tues or Wed ( May 2 or 3 ) and I would get e-mail and / or cell phone call when order was ready for pick up. Neither of which happened. When I came in on Friday to check on order and questioned why I didn't get email I was told by Manager that my e-mail was entered in correctly and they "are sorry ". I then asked why I didn't get a call for order pick up...no response except that I should have looked at my receipt that said order would be ready on Tues May 2. ... read more

Had alterations. Measured by Maria, when I got my items back, it was as if I was never measured. Hem was supposed to be right above my knee. Ended up being an inch or so below my knee. Was ask d if I wanted the pockets. I said NO. Slits still on side of dress. Thought they would be sewn. The hem was at least 3 inches wide. Really could u of cut some of the material, Then sewed the dress. You could see the deep stitching on the outside of the dress. Whatever happened to the invisible stitch. They were so helpful and really lovely.
