The service is very professional and extremely well versed in want needs to be done and handled. Delivery was on-time and as expected. Might be a little high in the price to laundered shirts since I'm used to the east coast pricing which is less than half than out west.
The cleaning was actually pretty good, but the prices were almost double of the cleaners I was using before. I came here because it was close to my work. I won't be back.
I was quoted $4 plus change for two shirts to be laundered and pressed. When I came to pick up the shirts, the guy said it was $8 and change. I explained that the lady quoted me a different price in the morning. He wouldn't budge and didn't even say sorry. He felt my frustration from my tone of voice and body language yet nothing was done! I work in customer service, and your guy gave me an example of "all I care for is the revenue...not the customer" Sadly, I won't be going there or recommending your establishment to anyone... read more
Fold button up shirts properly. That means buttoning every other button, ALL the way down to the bottom, not just buttoning the top 3/4
I paid extra to get the shirts folded. Unfolding the shirts revealed huge creases and wrinkles all over the sleeves and the bottom half of all of the shirts because they were not prepped properly. I ended up having to iron all of my shirts all over again. So I paid more, and was more inconvenienced. Great service! Definitely not recommending to anyone any time soon.
I had a brand new suit jacket cleaned by flair cleaners off artesia and they burned my suit. There are now several burn marks on it. I'm very upset and will be contacting you Monday.

Did a good job removing stains. Office manager kept his words about getting these clothe ready for pick up the next day. Clothe that wasn't ready the next day was not charged. Great work and integrity!
