From out of town and went here to get mashed blueberry stains out of pale grey new pants. From walking into Flair and then picking up,the service was friendly and professional. Was hoping for the best and ended up extremely happy with the results. Highly recommend!

I took in a jacket with a two direction zipper I thought was broken. It was to be replaced with a one direction zipper. They somehow fixed the original zipper and charged me $26.95. Too much for this service.

The cost of dry cleaning is the issue. The customer service and finished garments were exceptional. Need to wait for the 40% discount Coupon before I return.

Used a coupon at drop off so when I paid I thought it was all good. After swiping my card, I notice the price. Then I ask why it’s so expensive. The assistance tells me that the coupon didn’t go through. She then offers a lower coupon. If I hadn’t stop and notice something wrong. N would of paid a huge amount of money . Not happy at all. The coupon was valid! Not my fault

My clothes was not ready when I showed up to pick up at the assigned time. I was told it would take 10 mins to have my clothes ready. I came back an hour later and was told that a pair of pants had to be cleaned again and was asked to come back for them. Three trips to pick up one order. Considering the higher pricing you would think that service would be much better. Or at least up to par with less expensive cleaners.

The Gal was supposed to give me a discount because I didn't bring my coupon and She did not. Almost $5.00 each to launder shirts is way too much.
Dress came back smelling like it hadn’t been cleaned

Fast service but awful quality. I gave 3 new pieces worth $500 to be dry cleaned for the first time. They came in smelling like "new clothes" and Jimmy Choo perfume. Came out smelling like a sweaty dude. Plus there was someone else's glitter and several long white hairs on my clothes. Looked like animal hair. The quality of the fabric feels compromised.
