Pricey, the prices vary. The same garment will be a different price the next time. They avoid giving you your whole print out receipt with individual prices. It goes in the trash really quick. They only give you your credit card receipt unless you specifically request the printout. We don't always get buttons and all our garments back. You took my money and refused to give me my clothes. I have asked for your attorney’s name and to date have not received it. Therefore, I hired a lawyer to address my concerns. PLEASE STOP SENDING ME EMAILS. I will NEVER use your establishment. If you look at the money I spent at your establishment, you will see what a great client YOU LOST.

I am missing 1 pair of custom made black pants and 1 pair of long stretch pants from J.Jill. I am also missing 4 blouses. I have continued to demand the return of my clothes with no results. I have asked to fill out a complaint form and to have the name of your insurance carrier or lawyer with no response. I have spent a lot of money at your establishment and have been treated horribly. Please respond to my complaint and send me the name and address of your insurance carrier or Attorney.

Noticeable stains on bespoke suit were not removed. Simply not worth the cost, in the slightest.
I took one dress to be dry cleaned and they charged me $23.00. I think that’s outrageous.
