I think you are over priced!
The cost was twice as much as what I pay where I normally go.
Dry cleaning of my suit went well, but the hanger I brought it was apparently thrown away and replaced with the metal wire ones. I would have assumed that the attendant who took my suit in would have told me to take my hanger with me, but instead they took it and tossed it without saying a word.
I was quite disappointed. I waited about 20 minutes just to pick up my cleaning due to long wait times and a slow computer system. Their was only one person working the desk when I came in at 6pm. It seems evenings before close would be a busy time with people getting off work to pick up their cleaning so having one person running the show at such a busy time made no sense to me. Very expensive! My husband will need to have 5 shirts and 5 pants dry cleaned every week for the police academy. I did sign up for the value club rewards but even still the prices are outrageous.
Cheaper Prices for one thing!
You have a curbside parking place. Dropping off and picking up after waiting some time I finally went in. If you are going to have it staff for it. One person working at 5 pm?? As it is now you are overpromising and underdelivering. Do or don't do.
Simple sweat stain in jacket, wasn't removed despite my asking for attention to this.
I thought that the blanket came out wonderful. I didn't think that $23.00 was what it should cost to clean a blanket that could be machine washed. The only reason we didn't put it in our washing machine was because of it's size. (Balance in the machine) Other than the price you did a great job.
