Every time I drop off or pick up clothes, your personnel is always professional, attentive and kind. I especially would like to mention Jenny, whom I've had the pleasure of interacting with her at two of your franchises.

Everything thing has been perfect! I like the emails reminding me my clothes are done.
My clothes all looked great but I did have a couple of issues. An accessory for one of my shirts has gone missing (currently being looked into) and I was given a quote for the cleaning of my shirts but upon pickup was told that the quote was incorrect and the amount due was almost triple the original quote. I felt blindsided.
