You didn't clean my item, but notified me several times that it was done. If you are incapable of cleaning things, why call yourself a cleaner? Waste of my time and energy.
My very expensive skirt from Tibi is completely ruined. Picked it up last night in worse condition that I had brought it in! Huge random stain that wasn't there before. I Immediately submitted the claim to a store manager, awaiting some kind of resolution. Worse experience ever!
Your prices are crazy expensive. I also showed the girl my 25% off email for being a new client and when presented my bill was $27 for 5 pieces of clothes.Then I told her I have a 25% off coupon she then told me my new bill was $26 after the coupon was added. I didn't get a clear quote of what I was paying for. Not to mention the prices are ridiculously high. I have had the same uniform [shirt, pants, jacket, hat] cleaned for $10 and at your establishment I paid $25! There was nothing special or different from what the other cleaners provided than what I received from yours, other than they are in Phoenix and yours is in Gilbert. I will not be using your cleaners in the future not would I recommend it to anyone.
I was disappointed to get my clothes home. The wire hanger left distinct marks on all of my blouses, so to wear them now, it'll be noticable. Also, there isn't the attention to detail I usually see from getting my shirts pressed places. They were "pretty good" for wrinkles instead of "very nice" and fresh looking. Some patches were still wrinkly, not large singluar wrinkles, but wrinkly like unpressed.
My white pants have dirt on them and are wrinkled and the price is high too high
