First of all, this is not my "inaugural trip" to Delia's. I have been bringing my Santa suits here for over 4 years. Was very disappointed that you wouldn't do my Santa hats (have done them all the past years) and your prices were VERY HIGH even with the "preferred customer discount" compared to previous years.
Friendly staff and quick service
Delia's always does a real nice job on my clothes. "But" my last suit came back with the coat being less than good. Some wrinkles on both sleeves. Pretty disappointed.
