I can honestly say that doing business with Delia's is NOT a chore that I would rather not do. I visit Delia's 3-4 times a month and it is always a pleasure. I am greeted warmly and attended to in a prompt and professional manner. Keep up the good work!
If you are looking for that sharp heavy starch in your jeans this is the place! We rodeo and we are in twice a week and Kristal always takes care of us! Jeans are always perfect!!
They cleaned my order, but every single item (2 suits and 1 blazer which they consider a 5 piece order) was wrinkled. I had an important event that I needed one of the suits for, and they did not offer to expedite the service or anything. They did offer to re-press my order, but they couldn't offer me same day service, which is what I needed. Who takes their clothes to a dry cleaner and expects them to be wrinkled when they are returned? Especially a suit?! It's a no for me and I will not be returning.
The guy was rude, and he closed too early. Not coming back.

Worse experience ever with a cleaners! I took in a pair of dress black Capris & pkd it up 2 days ago! I did lil shopping at Safeway next door & for some reason I thought I should chk them out cuz I didn’t live that close to the cleaners & I had then dry cleaned & pressed to wear them to a funeral tomorrow! They were full of long human hair & probably pet hair & lint - a lot of white lint on every stitch of the fabric!
