I had to leave more than half of the uniform shirts because the sleeves had 2-3 lines instead of just one. Unfortunately this time they didn't look professional at all. Picking them today and I'm hoping they will be how I expected them the first time!
Good turn around coat came back clean but lots of lint
There was a change this time. I miss the girl that used to work there she was happy, nice, personable, and good at her job. Now I was met by 2 different people one to drop off with and one to pick up with. Both I am sure where good at their jobs they simply were not friendly did not smile and treated me like I was just a number. It's too bad.
You ruined my comforter my comforter was white and had gold spots on it dots I took it to your facility in Queen Creek Arizona and was never told of the possibility that the dots may fade they never clean the stains until I brought it back and told them I spoke to a manager they sent the quilt to the company the company sent the cleaning bill back to me and a check I never cashed it because I am so upset I Can’t even sit down and write you a letter I would like to be compensated for ruining my comforter I of course do not ha... read more
I took my coat in to the cleaners to have one of the pockets fixed, I picked it up yesterday and later that night when I got home from being out all day, I realized it didn't get done. I have to go back on Monday and drive again from Florence to get it fix.
Three of my pants have been misplaced: A black pair of suit pants (Joseph Abboud), a gray pair of suit pants (Ralph Lauren) and khaki-colored casual pants (Banana Republic). I called the store in Queen Creek, AZ where I dropped them off and they were checking on it, but they said they may not have an answer until Wednesday. If your dry cleaning process is the same as defined and described on the article of clothing submitted for dry cleaning; then you should proceed instead of constantly rejecting only to be resubmitted. It is 100% understandable if there’s no label on the item of clothing or it’s a weird material or unusual color scheme...
Went to two different locations different times and asked for a certain type of crease, and both times they didn’t even crease the first time and i needed them to be done that day but couldn’t use my shirts when i needed and was offered no apology
They charged me more than 2wks prior for the same item & I was having them redo what they didn’t do on the 1st service for same requested service!!! And it still wasn’t done any better this time!!! Will try a different cleaners for next time I need service!!! Unhappy customer Nancy Hendricks
