The pants were hemmed well, but the price was double what I was told it would be. I am very disappointed that your staff would tell me it was going to be 8-10 dollars and then I come to pick up my pants and am told my total is over 18 dollars. I definitely would have gone somewhere else.
I brought in a dark blue pair of 33x30 pants. I got back a pair of dark grey 34x30 pants.
Store was clean - staff was friendly - however the vinyl valueclub counter sign at 27 (register counter), is worn with torn dirty edges.
Too generic Not really friendly and personable Expensive given the minimal service
Good job, but price on jeans is double Del Ray Cleaners. Will go back to using them as I cannot afford $30 a week for 5 pairs of jeans.

I will never use Delia's again. When I sent my husband to retrieve my clothing items (2 pairs of pants and 6 shirts) the total was shockingly $44! That is outrageous when the competitor down the road would have charged on $23.60. I should have guessed since you have no prices advertised and it is pay when you pick up. Never again...buyer beware.
I would have liked it better if I could have used my coupon that I had found after I turned in my order !
