I dropped 8 items of clothing off at your queen creek store on the morning of October 11th and was promised by the associate they would be finished the same day. I went the same evening around 7:30 to pickup my items, after receiving an email that my items were finished. When I arrived a different associate was working and she retrieved 2 of my items. I dropped off three suit, Two if the suits were the same size but belong to two different people.the suit had been altered to fit each of my sons. I told the lady to put the suit in two separate orders because I would not be able to tell them apart for each other. We were visiting friends in Gilbert and I took my coat by to be cleaned. When I went in to pick it up, I showed my coupon for 20 % off, but the clerk forgot to give me the discount and I didn’t have time for her to call her employer. When I got back to Texas and took my coat out of the bag, I was dismayed to find the coat was still dirty and a thread had been pulled in the front!
I called before arriving for a quote, over the phone I was quoted $50 and upon arrival I was disappointed to learn that the price was actually $129. Then I received an email for 20% that I thought I could use when I picked up my garment but of course mine was not eligible for the coupon. A little disappointed.
Not to be negative, but my shirts were not pressed they were still a little wrinkled. I had one that I paid to have a button sewed on, it wasn't done. my bill was about 40.00 for 7 shirts, I had a 20 per cent off coupon and I got 2.70 off. that's not 20 per cent. I had high hopes. On the positive I did like the one day turn around and staff was very friendly.

You guys charge almost double what I pay at another local cleaner I won’t be returning until you change your rates
Price of dry cleaning is much higher than your competitors.
The service was great! Your prices are too high for some items. I brought in shorts, and I was charged 6.95 a pair. That is $4 higher per pair than my last cleaners. Your overhead must be very high. I haven't decided if I will return.
