Poor customer service! McKenna didnt great me at drop off our pick up. She had a frown on her face and sermed like she didnt want to be there or help me. She counted my items as 3, but I actually had 5. Also thought it was overpriced. Sorry to say, I won't be returning, mostly due to unfriendly staff.
I pulled into the "curbside valet" spot to drop off on 5/30 at approximately 7:30am. There was only 1 person working, and no one else in the shop. I had two sleeping bags that were dirty from camping. They came back nice and clean.
My Suit was cleaned and ready for pickup on time but when I removed it from the bag I found it still had a stain on the pocket I would return but don’t have time because I need for a Funeral Tomorrow Poor quality control
Took a suit in to be cleaned and they told me it would be done the next day before 5pm. Went to pick it up the next day and it still had dirty spots on it like it didn't get cleaned just got pressed. Told the girl it was still dirty and they said they could clean it again but it wouldn't be ready the next day (which is when I needed it) so basically paid $12 to still have a dirty suit. Waste of money.
I brought in a new silk blouse that I had washed and wanted it to be pressed professionally. I could have done a better job.
They removed the liner of a jacket and charged an additional $6 as a stand alone piece. I have never had this happen at my other cleaner. First time there, and last time!!
Sorry I hit wrong space!! My review is a 10 with 10 being best. We were met with a smile and what could you do to help. My quilt was great. My son appreciated your call regarding his comforter that you were concerned and he stopped by and gave the go ahead and accepting responsibility for any mishap. You guys are great and we appreciate you😬
You continue to create creases on pants that are flat front, but worse than that you make multiple creases instead of one. It looks like crap and I have to re-iron, which makes taking my slacks to you unnecessary.
