Service and staff are always great.
I am a Delia's Valued Club member (#91149351) and paid $184 for 33 items cleaned. When I asked if the club price had been applied I was told that it had, however I was not given a receipt so I could double check. Simple math shows that's over $5 a garment which is excessive.
Your personnel is always professional and courteous.
This was my first experience with Delia's. They did a great job and I will be back!
This is the 3rd time that there are yellow burn marks around the front collar area of my shirts. I have taken them back each time and asked for a manager to call me. They never have! I have spent hundreds of dollars at your store. Terrible customer service and no appreciation for me.
Took in a faux leather jacket to get the lining cleaned. I was told that because it was not leather it would be the standard price of 12.00. The next day an email was sent saying my jacket was done. Went to pick it up only to find that it had not even been sent because it was missing buttons (had already signed off on knowing they were missing). As always, great job. Clothes are clean and pressed. Cannot ask for more.
I give you 4 stars because service was good. All clothes were handled carefully, but you missed the 5th star because it was rather costly compared to other dry cleaners.
You continue to return shirts without collar stays and I am seeing an increase in missing buttons. This is disturbing as these facts do not become apparent until I am putting the shirt on in the morning while getting ready for work. You front desk staff is extremily friendly but the quality of your product is becoming suspect.
