Last Wednesday I took advantage of the discount code and dropped off one mens short sleeve shirt to be drycleaned. Normally that costs me under $5 with no discount. I picked up the shirt with the discount and it cost $6.12! I didn't realize till I got home but I will be calling the local cleaner here in Venice. Thats the most I ever paid for a short sleeve mens shirt to be dry cleaned.
I lived on Long Island. One of the most expensive places in the world to live. I paid 89 cents a pound wash and fold. 99 cents delivered. You're way to expensive.

Great customer service in picking up and dropping off.but the dry cleaning itself was not good. Dress pants were not ironed properly- still wrinkled and not creased in straight one line down the front and back.

I just picked up my silk drapes. There is a giant iron mark on the green drapes. They are ruined. And theTan drapes are destroyed and the edge. I will be at your store today $40.00 and those drapes were $400 on sale
I keep picking up my shirts and the collars are wrinkled and I have told them about it but it keeps happening. I work at a hospital and can't keep having wrinkled shirts.
Until the covid issue I used your Feather Sound store and have always had impeccable customer service. Both Angie and Shannon were always on top of every detail. I also used your store located on 40 th Ave NE in St Pete for my brother, great service. Now I use your store at Stoneybrook and Ulmerton for both mine and my brothers needs. I pay for both.
