TERRIBLY CONFUSING email re: 3/3 25% off special on all dry cleaning. If it is a one day special it needs to say VALID ONLY, not 'Expires on..' Rhonda at South Pasadena store was helpful on the phone but she too was unclear as to when I could drop off my garment. I phoned main office and spoke to a very helpful Sue who said I could drop it off today for the 25% discount. (Fingers crossed). Overpriced for what was needed. Cost to repair was higher than garment was worth.
They keep missing the seams creating a second crease. Don’t like that the cost is not put on the receipt when dropping off.
Requested starch in collar and cuffs of Ralph Lauren shirts, came back limp as wraggggggs and stain on back of one shirt. They had notes pinned to both shirts instructing starch in cuffs and collar, placed by the attendant at your establishment, to no avail and the notes were still attached when returned. Either people can't read or non caring. Things need to change!!!!!!!!
Your prices are ridiculously expensive! I wasn’t aware you bought the cleaners in the Publix plaza until I arrived to pick up my belongings.
Very disappointed, dropped off a shirt a month ago that was damaged by you sent back 3 times still not corrected. Lady stated she would sent it to the corporate office to get it resolved, a week later I received a email I owe you payment for the shirt and just picked it up and at your store your employee inspected and the damaged was still there. After a 15 year + has a customer you just lost me.

I already told you that the fringe on my shawl was chewed up and two yellow spots appeared. You did not have the decency to even answer my email. Making money is fine but having pleased customers is where it is at. JAS
Two comforters cleaned. One came back with heavy soiling as if dragged and rolled over by cart. Still has light staining after 2 addition cleaning attempts. Other came back damaged with fraying at seam. Repair is very obvious, just a straight stitch from machine on outside of comforter. Staff very nice, just very disappointing cleaning services. I do not recommend if you want your items handled with care.
