Poor customer service. The staff could not find my clothes. When it was found, I had to send it back.
You are the only dry cleaner in my area so I have no choice.
$40.00 to clean a king comforter is 25% higher than I’ve ever paid before. I’ll be going somewhere else next time.
1 pair of pants for dry clean did not come back with the order. Had to pick up the next day. Also had a pair of jeans for laundry and taking them out of the plastic cover they were still Very damp. Not a good experience!
Removed stain and creases.
Was told you’re using email tickets. Never received. Glad I called to get my ticket numbers. Cost for a queen comforter set seemed really high $about $100!!! Again no receipt.

Extremely disappointed, I received my dress shirts and pants with wrinkles and they used absolutely no starch. To pay $40 on 9 pieces of clothing and to be such poor quality I will not be using your services anymore.
Lost my shirt. Couldn’t care less. I’ve been chasing them done for more than a month to get reimbursed. They can’t be bothered. Stay away. You might as well drop off your clothes at Goodwill, at least you get a tax deduction.
