Extremely disappointed, I received my dress shirts and pants with wrinkles and they used absolutely no starch. To pay $40 on 9 pieces of clothing and to be such poor quality I will not be using your services anymore.
Lost my shirt. Couldn’t care less. I’ve been chasing them done for more than a month to get reimbursed. They can’t be bothered. Stay away. You might as well drop off your clothes at Goodwill, at least you get a tax deduction.

I only asked for a hole to be sewed in my sweatpants and then I’m told they were cleaned as well (which I didn’t ask for...she asked me specifically when I was first in and I clearly said no) but the price ended up being almost 20 bucks for a hole sewing and wash which is way too much (more than I paid for the pants). Sad since I’ve been a long time customer of Sun Country and won’t be back after this unless I’m given some sort of credit and this is made right. I took 2 pairs of black jeans in to shorten the hem length. Alterations are available as advertised. I was shocked my bill was over $52.00! Your attendant said they have no control over prices for repairs. Understandable but I should have been informed when I dropped off the clothing.
I was told my dry cleaning would be $6.20 And when I picked up my jacket it was $7.95
First time I used your cleaners Just moved into the area Asked for light starch and detected 0 starch I had a Tommy Bahama shirt that I asked for light starch, you charged me $7.50 and a thin $12 shirt from Old Navy, $7.50 This is highway robbery I could do a lot of biz with your company but not at these prices Also had a comforter dry cleaned No problem Nice ladies waited on me
