I took 2 pairs of black jeans in to shorten the hem length. Alterations are available as advertised. I was shocked my bill was over $52.00! Your attendant said they have no control over prices for repairs. Understandable but I should have been informed when I dropped off the clothing.
I was told my dry cleaning would be $6.20 And when I picked up my jacket it was $7.95
First time I used your cleaners Just moved into the area Asked for light starch and detected 0 starch I had a Tommy Bahama shirt that I asked for light starch, you charged me $7.50 and a thin $12 shirt from Old Navy, $7.50 This is highway robbery I could do a lot of biz with your company but not at these prices Also had a comforter dry cleaned No problem Nice ladies waited on me
I brought in a pair of pants to be hemmed. Pretty simple and straightforward, the fee for this was $20. I think this is way too much to charge for this service, therefore I will not be patronizing your store for any of my cleaning/alteration needs.
My expensive Talbots dress slacks shrunk. And I am very upset about it
Customer service was fine but my expensive Talbots dress slacks are ruined as have shrunk to where I cannot wear them.
You shrunk my expensive cashmere sweater from a mens large to a boy size. I am not happy !

One of my sweaters was not ready yesterday after being told to pick up Wednesday. Was told she would call when ready. 24 hours later I have heard nothing. I spent $176 yesterday with you and this is how you are treating me? This was after she said you don’t make mistakes. You need to get your act together plus get me my sweater!!!
