I asked for heavier starch and got nothing

As starch is something that builds up though each wash, if you are able to bring these back in, we would love the opportunity to reprocess these for you for free and see if we can get these starched better for you.
I gave in a lite blue Pashmina shawl with a blue fringe. Four of the fringes looked shredded. There were two yellow spots on the shawl.
My clothes were not press completely and had wrinkles. I also put a long sleeve white and black stripe shirt to be cleaned and pressed but I was sad to see that the white stripes on my shirt were light reddish pink. Totally disappointed and for the prices they charge I am not satisfied I should have went to me regular dry cleaners but I gave you all a try and wish I wouldn’t have!! I’ll never use the service again.
order shirts boxed, when I picked up only 2 boxed one on hanger. So I waited while the staff person in store folded it . This is not the first or second time this has happen.

The butter stain was gone from my suit in 24 hours for $15.
I asked for heavy starch and.crisp collars and cuffs on my men’s all-cotton shirts. The shirts I got back were just the opposite; the shirts were not pressed well or even hung evenly on the hangars. I will not use you again.
Cleaning and staff and best in the business but this location is the WORST with a small busy parking lot hard to maneuver or find a parking spot. I’ve greatly reduced my trips there and gone to a competitor in the vicinity because I simply can’t find a place to park, especially a truck. Please move if you want my business to continue
