I just picked up my silk drapes. There is a giant iron mark on the green drapes. They are ruined. And theTan drapes are destroyed and the edge. I will be at your store today $40.00 and those drapes were $400 on sale
I keep picking up my shirts and the collars are wrinkled and I have told them about it but it keeps happening. I work at a hospital and can't keep having wrinkled shirts.
Until the covid issue I used your Feather Sound store and have always had impeccable customer service. Both Angie and Shannon were always on top of every detail. I also used your store located on 40 th Ave NE in St Pete for my brother, great service. Now I use your store at Stoneybrook and Ulmerton for both mine and my brothers needs. I pay for both. Said it would be done on thurs came in wasn’t there . Wrinkles in the comfort.
I went to pick up my clothes and was told my order wasn’t completely ready and to come back the next day. It was a TOTAL inconvenience. I didn’t like that the attendant yelled out the brand of the alleged missing item in front of the two male customers. It was embarrassing beyond measure. I went back 2 days later for the “missing” item and she said it wasn’t missing after all and that it was a crazy day when I picked up. Wrong phone number on my laundry. Attendant need to verify consumer phone number when you have many customers with the same name. This creating a long wait
