I went to pick up my clothes and was told my order wasn’t completely ready and to come back the next day. It was a TOTAL inconvenience. I didn’t like that the attendant yelled out the brand of the alleged missing item in front of the two male customers. It was embarrassing beyond measure. I went back 2 days later for the “missing” item and she said it wasn’t missing after all and that it was a crazy day when I picked up. Good day, my shirts were wrinkled and ask for extra starch and did not get it. The collar of my shirt were uneven. I have taken my clothes there because of you convenient spot for a drop off and great customer service. I am going to give it one more try. Thanks
