Always VERY expensive and always have to go back and make the to redo their job. When I bring my dresses there I always show where the spots are located so it would be easier to find places of special attention. But still, have to waist my time and go back again. I will try use this place as less as possible.
I gave the lady my coupon. She asked to see itz and said she would apply it. She never applied the coupon.
I asked specifically a quote when I dropped clothing off. When I came back I was charged 3 times more. And she lied to my face saying she did not. She was not empathetic or even helpful it even seemed she enjoyed overcharging me.i am telling all friends and clients in the area not to use sun Country cleaners at Sr 70
I have been using you guys since 2017 but this time was very disappointing I brought several clothes and one brand new sweater to get stain off it. You couldn’t get the stain out but still charged me full price
They fixed my jacket and did not over charge me.

I was sorry that my silk drapes were ruined. I dropped off 4 drapes. Two came out fine and now hanging but the other 2 were ripped and ruined, perhaps a strong chemical was applied 😔☹️

Thank you for providing your feedback and letting us know about this issue, Yolanda. Your drapes were all cleaned using the same method, however it seems the 2 panels frayed due to sun damaged. Hopefully, we will be able to redesign them for you to use as you requested on our phone call.
My only complaint is that each time you announce a coupon, it is never honored. I don't understand why you promote this if it is never honored.
I took clothes in and as I left asked for a receipt. I was told it had been emailed to me. There was no email...even checked my spam. When I returned to pick up my clothes, I indicated I had never received a receipt or email. I was told it was a “work in progress.” Took my clothes home and when I went to get my blue silk pants, they weren’t with the cleaning.
