I am back travelling for a 13 billion company in sales covering the SE, Mexico, Mexico Caribbean central and south America. I anticipate bringing in 10 items per week. Sun ruined a $150 Tommy Bahama white shirt that was brought in with no stains, just to be cleaned and pressed. I did not get the 15% off my first pickup/delivery order. Nor did I get a response to the two emails I sent questioning not geting the discount. The bill for my first pickup/delivery was $37.57. The 15% discounted amount equals $5.64. Please explain why I did not get the discount and the courtesy of a reply to my emails. (a very long standing customer)

Today I picked my dry cleaned cloths and the nylon cover had a bad smell that I have never smelled at a dry cleaning place before. Something is wrong with the nylon covering the cloths that was used today. I would like you to see what was the reason for the strange smell. Fortunately, the cloths did not smell the same.

I have been the definition of a loyal customer of Sun Country for more than twenty years. I worked in an occupation that required wearing suits and ties every day, hence I provided a steady stream of suits, shirts and other clothing during that entire period until my retirement. A week or so ago I took a shirt out of its bag and discovered that it had been torn about eight inches at the lower hem. To whom it may concern : I called up and asked why all my $100 shirts came back with no Collar Stays ? ( My collars are always Bucked and bent with no stays ) The lady answered sarcastically and mockingly that they could not pull ALL the stays out of ALL the thousands of shirts they dry clean. She promised to send me a few to replace the thousands you wash. I am still waiting for them to Arrive ???? Never been sent...….. Using the local Dry cleaner in Lakewood Ranch, FL .
