To whom it may concern : I called up and asked why all my $100 shirts came back with no Collar Stays ? ( My collars are always Bucked and bent with no stays ) The lady answered sarcastically and mockingly that they could not pull ALL the stays out of ALL the thousands of shirts they dry clean. Horrible job with my clothes. Sleeves and collars on my shirts are always horribly pressed. No creases where I ask for them, and several where I don’t want them. Nine times out of ten my clothes come back with stains that were not there upon drop off. Pieces are always missing or sent to the wrong store and are not there when I come to pick up. They ruined my dress tried to hide and cover it up. Ended up paying me for it after deducting the cost of the rest of my dry cleaning. It was a extremely expensive dress and was not about to be replaced I asked them for it so I could try to send it somewhere to have it repaired and they refused. I would never refer anyone to this chain.
I used your business a few months ago and was disappointed your help didn’t wear a mask and you said that wouldn’t happen again. Several months later I tried again when I dropped my cleaning off again no mask. Two strikes your out I will never return
I was told one price and charged a different price. When I questioned it, the employee was curt and unhelpful. I will never use your company again. Please remove me from your email list.
