Went in for wash & fold. They dry cleaned. $28.00. I was not happy. They should have told me my article was dry clean only.

One of women who work at your Seminole store put someone else’s name on my shirt and sweater and therefore could not find them when I came in to pick them up. Also your Asian seamstress put two of my five military patches on a $20 shirt crooked . Then complained when I requested they be repositioned. Five patches cost $40. Is that anyway to treat a disabled Viet Nam veteran?

I had a silk blouse that was frazzle around the neck line and the intake person noticed and suggested that I shouldn’t clean it until repaired so that no more damage could continue to unravel Thought that was very nice of her

Alteration work was not completed on time. Twice I was told someone would call me to tell me when I could get my order but no one ever called. The order finally showed up 5 days late.

Poor customer service. The staff could not find my clothes. When it was found, I had to send it back.
