Asked for shirts to be folded and they were not
I already told you that the fringe on my shawl was chewed up and two yellow spots appeared. You did not have the decency to even answer my email. Making money is fine but having pleased customers is where it is at. JAS
Two comforters cleaned. One came back with heavy soiling as if dragged and rolled over by cart. Still has light staining after 2 addition cleaning attempts. Other came back damaged with fraying at seam. Repair is very obvious, just a straight stitch from machine on outside of comforter. Staff very nice, just very disappointing cleaning services. I do not recommend if you want your items handled with care.
I been bringing my pants their on a regular basis, one of my pants were damaged by your company, I was going to dispose of them but I mentioned what happened to the lady at the cleaners, she told to bring them in so they can be repaired and yes the were repaired but your company charged me for pants that your company damaged. Horrible way of treating your customers

Hello Mr. Rodriguez, In no way this was something that you should have been charged for at all. I have found this order and the charge was $14.45. I have refunded this order as a cash credit to your account there at the store. When you come into pick up the orders you have there, this total will be taken off of the alterations you have in process now. I cannot apologize enough that we dropped the ball with this. Thank you very much for reaching out and giving me the opportunity to make this right for you.
Customer service could have been a little better. She seemed to be annoyed when I walked in for my first time. Second time, she sounded irritated.. My clothing was not completed based on my request.
$50.? no way. for a hem and zipper seal? If it was this ridiculously expensive I would have never left my clothes there. It is the first time I have ever been to your location. Both my outfits didn’t even cost that. If I can’t get this for minimum $20. you can keep the garments. I am saddened to know this is your pricing. This has blown my mind. So much for not bothering my mother. A nice girl assisted me real quick but goodness.

As starch is something that builds up though each wash, if you are able to bring these back in, we would love the opportunity to reprocess these for you for free and see if we can get these starched better for you.
I gave in a lite blue Pashmina shawl with a blue fringe. Four of the fringes looked shredded. There were two yellow spots on the shawl.
