Shirt still had a stain without it being cleaned … on travel and noticed it in California. Very disappointed!
I was told I would get a text or an email on my first visit to receive a discount. That never happened. The shirts I brought in still had some of the collar stays in them after being pressed. Some where missing and the ones that were still attached were ironed/pressed into the shirt (some were plastic). A couple of the shirts I brought in were already wrinkled when I picked them up.
Trying to sign up for delivery. Said I already had an account which I do not. But I used my email a d reset password. Signed in again! Said LOGIN FAILED Again. Ugh. So not working.
I am back travelling for a 13 billion company in sales covering the SE, Mexico, Mexico Caribbean central and south America. I anticipate bringing in 10 items per week. Sun ruined a $150 Tommy Bahama white shirt that was brought in with no stains, just to be cleaned and pressed. I did not get the 15% off my first pickup/delivery order. Nor did I get a response to the two emails I sent questioning not geting the discount. The bill for my first pickup/delivery was $37.57. The 15% discounted amount equals $5.64. Please explain why I did not get the discount and the courtesy of a reply to my emails. (a very long standing customer)

Today I picked my dry cleaned cloths and the nylon cover had a bad smell that I have never smelled at a dry cleaning place before. Something is wrong with the nylon covering the cloths that was used today. I would like you to see what was the reason for the strange smell. Fortunately, the cloths did not smell the same.
