The problem is that I have asked many times that my white shirts get whitened and the collars scrubbed, Your staff at the bellair location are so nice and really enjoyed dealing with them. I have started going to Quality plus cleaners and they have been doing a great job. I appreciate your time and efforts but with asking so many times and spending so much money with your company with no correct I will stay with Quality plus cleaners Regard
First time attempted customer. I drove 25 minutes today to your Jacaranda location because your website said “same day service” if in by 9am. The associate was friendly but informed me “not at this location” so I had to go elsewhere. Please correct your website advertising.

Everything I said to you is supposed to be dry cleaned ironed and hung. On occasion I’ve sent sheets and pillowcases they also need to be dry clean but folded. The last time you delivered there were three or four items that was supposed to be hung on hangers and you folded them up for some stupid reason and they were all wrinkled. Your site is not working correctly it never shows my order ready and now it is telling me I need to pick up my order but I picked up Monday
Shirt still had a stain without it being cleaned … on travel and noticed it in California. Very disappointed!
I was told I would get a text or an email on my first visit to receive a discount. That never happened. The shirts I brought in still had some of the collar stays in them after being pressed. Some where missing and the ones that were still attached were ironed/pressed into the shirt (some were plastic). A couple of the shirts I brought in were already wrinkled when I picked them up.
